Using an APC UPS with the Nut software
Configuration
Configuration files into /etc/nut/ directory:

Usage
List the UPS configured with nut:
upsc -l apc-bx2200
Display the status of the named UPS:
upsc apc-bx2200
Display the value of one variable only.
upsc apc-bx2200 ups.status upsc apc-bx2200 battery.charge upsc apc-bx2200 battery.runtime upsc apc-bx2200 ups.alarm upsc apc-bx2200 ups.load
Show the list of supported instant commands on that UPS.
upscmd -l apc-bx2200
